The Beauty and Saddle

Imparted from heaven, she came down to a land of concrete and structure. A land of not hers. People saw her peculiarly, making her feel distant, leaving her cold until she saw him.
Far in a land away from chaos and malice, there was him with his dark crest and humble eyes extending the arm of warmth and affection.

And after that, two unknown souls became one. The sun woke them, and the moon put them to sleep. Day in and out, the saddle comforted the beauty. He protected her against storms and rode her through the winds. With days passing, many people started seeing them with eerie, doubt and envy!

Basking in the sun, beauty asked “what they are saying is real and so is our fear?”
“But our love is also real. And in the end, love wins!”, saddle replied.

But with passing days and increasing love, little did they know what the future had instore for them.

We have always heard of fairytales where the princesses have brought princes back to life, be it kissing the frog or breaking the spell on the beast. But can fairytales be real?

Eyeing the saddle through their trigger, gunmens had posted themselves all around the forest. Where the beauty shrieked for help, saddle promised to protect her over his last breathe.

The universe saw them as one and unfortunately had ‘only one’ written in their destiny. The gunmen’s diverged target hit the bullet in beauty’s spine and imprinted saddle with a tale of unspoken love story forever. No one saw the beauty and saddle, ever after.

“In the end, only love won!”
